13 year old Blake Worland of Overlank Park, KS, is the first owner to draw a Future Fortunes, Inc. check. With Lance Graves aboard the 4 year old gray mare, First To Perk, Worland won a total of $800.10 of the $3000 purse. The breeder of First To Perk, Roger Howard of Keller, TX, won $228.60 and the sire, Dash For Perks, won $114.30. Worland has First To Perk entered in the BFA World Championship Futurity in Oklahoma City in December where the mare will be running for over $35,000 in Future Fortunes, Inc. Bonus Money! "The Bonus Money at Oklahoma City was a deciding factor in the purchase of First To Perk from Brandy Wilson of Santana, KS.
